I had problems I had a really problems because i paid, and debit the money and the message said "The payment was unsuccessful. Possibly, the amount is reserved. This reservation will be canceled automatically after 1 hour." and the money never back for my account... it stolen!

Didnt got the code I have purchased 15$ and 20$ gift card but i didn't got the code for 20$ even after deduction of money, My pid is: 618219317180 please look after this and send me the code. I have contacted many times but no reply. very poor support. Its really embarrassing. help

Terrible charged for 7 cards when only purchased 4. I purchased 4 x 25usd cards on seperate transactions however I was charged for 7. I am happy to remove this review if I am refunded the 3 extra I was charged for.

I Feel Cheated Buy two cards, deducted from my bank account and never sent me the codes. I wrote the claim on their support site, I was told once, I have waiting more than a week and I have not solved the problem. I left a number of reports Information for Incident (CLIENT Ref:IN:00121827)of incidents, but have not solved anything by it. Do not send codes my refund my money to my bank account. Be very careful with these people.

My bank account says that the order is … My bank account says that the order is "processing". The total amount of the card was $22.48. But I have not recieved anything..i have been checking on my email. I either want my code or a refund. I have contacted you on your site as well and have gotten no response. So I'm hoping you will respond on here.
