GBDisgusting company & service Ordered a birthday basket on 18 July to be delivered on 21 July in D.C. (my friends birthday). Basket never showed up. Emailed and was told order had been “lost in the system” and asked if I’d like to continue the order. I said I would (this was 24 July) as long as the order was delivered by 26 July. On 27 July my friend in D.C. said she’d received an SMS telling her the delivery had failed as no one was in, despite her being at home all day. The following day, after her having to liaise with these gangsters, the basket arrived with the wrong wines despite me paying extra for a different wine. They now will not respond to my emails. F*** these c*nts in the ear.
