GBI received my crystal art but the… I received my crystal art but the shipment did not contain the base light of $50. Several attempts were made through the chat option on the website along with multiple emails with no response. The crystal was well made and as advertised but it did arrive late and was advertised to arrive before Christmas. Overall, I was happy with the crystal but very disappointed with the lack of communication after the purchase.
