GBGive yourself a lot of time! If I could give no stars - I would. I can't speak to the quality of the product as I have not received it. I ordered Christmas gifts for friends in what I thought was plenty of time (beginning of December). I suggest that if you plan to order from this company that you allow more than enough time to get your product as it comes on a slow boat from somewhere. As of today, I can't even verify it has been shipped. Very upset!

GBWould give zero if possible Would give zero if possible. Ordered hoodie over a mth ago and haven’t received it yet. Sent several emails back and forth and only info I get is tracking which says awaiting item. Showed coming from Illinois now shows tracking from New York and all same dates as Illinois. Requested refund and was told item shipped yet all tracking from both states says awaiting item from shipper. Can’t speak to a live person.

AUGreat product. Slow local post. Great product. Very happy. Dispatched as per advertised time. However was slow to receive due to the item sitting in local customs and no tracking updates. Local post times are not the fault of GoDuckee however they may consider using a more premium postal service.

GBMakes great author gifts/reader swag. Took a little longer to receive than expected but had quick response to my delivery inquiries. The custom ornaments arrived before Christmas and with time to ship out as gifts too. They are rather spendy at a little over $20 each for heavy duty plastic/plexi glass but they are one of a kind… Slight scratches on two of five of the ornaments. I’d consider ordering again if I planned ahead.

GBOrder took forever and won't refund defective products Order took forever. When it did show 3 out of 5 products were ruined. This was a Christmas gift for family and friends since our parents had passed away so suddenly. They will not honor the 3 ruined products. I'm not even asking for a full refund all. Since I'm the Executor of my late Father's Estate this whole this has to be passed to my lawyer because the money came the account. This nice gesture has turned into a nightmare and a reminder of what we lost. This company has gone back and forth with 16 emails. Best bet is finding something on Amazon. At least they honor their customers.
