GBImportance of Customer and assigning their query The most important thing that made me give 5 stars to POS Nation is that the help desk and the staff member assisted and clearly listened to the problem and tried to give a feasible outcome for example I just talked with one of the help desk guys named Subham and he patiently listens to my problem and suggests me to shot out my mistake by doing so and so and that was so amazing; so all in all it was best and I hope POS nation keeps it up and progresses more

GBWe converted to POS Nation in October… We converted to POS Nation in October of 2023. The POS for the cashiers works really well. However, the admin side has issues. If you have account receivables this system is not easy to use. They are several issues with it that affect the customer that we have not been able to get resolved. We have started a couple of cases in September and have yet to receive any update via phone or email. Needless to say we have been very frustrated.

GBI'm running Comcash on an older windows… I'm running Comcash on an older windows 7 computer. I was running out of space and Arend White helped me find where all the space was being used up. Looks like we'll be able to keep this old tech going for years to come. Thanks!

GBHonestly one of the best customer… Honestly one of the best customer service calls I’ve been on in recent memory. Sooraj was patient, communicated so clearly and super helpful. I didn’t feel rushed and felt very heard and supported and understood. I have a great foundation to better use the software and also feel confident if we have any additional questions, we could call Sooraj and colleagues for help. Thank you!
