Wasn't sure if I was being scammed at… Wasn't sure if I was being scammed at first, so I sent the company an email to inquire about my purchase. The next day my purchase came in the mail. Shipping concerns I received the God says product today. It's so BEAUTIFUL!! I was concerned about the shipping time because I received no tracking information from the USPS. LUVINGRACE contacted me because of my concern and the support department investigated the situation and assured me I would be receiving it soon. And I did!!

Never received order Never received order. Ripped me off. If My account is not credited by Monday will seek legal action. I see all the horrible reviews. This company needs to be closed down.

I ordered 13 door mats I ordered 13 door mats. Took a while for them to deliver and was giving 2 different tracking numbers. Thought it was a scam but what a wonderful surprise when they arrived. Beautiful..however a little thin. I'm very satisfied with my products
