I’m updating my previous review I’m updating my previous review. The item arrived the day after I tried contacting them. I received no updates to check progress and although they had my number they never checked why I wasn’t approving the pictures they say they emailed to me. The item itself is actually lovely and novel, it’s just a shame there’s a couple of errors and there’s improvements to facial features/hair that I would have made given the opportunity. I’ve not tried to resolve any further as I don’t think I’d get anywhere with them and the email to contact them doesn’t seem to work anyway. So I’ve accepted it’s a gift which isn’t 100% correct and doesn’t look quite like the person it’s supposed to be 🤔

The Harvey's wedding day The experience with my wedding project was outstanding. The artist checked before proceeding with every portion of the project in putting the doll together. I am extremely happy with the final project and I am so excited to show every on my wedding day.

I’m hoping they contact me I’m hoping they contact me, because I paid 21 days ago and had a text the next day asking for extra photos and I’ve heard absolutely nothing since, despite the website saying delivery in 2 weeks and artist keeping in touch. I deleted the text to ensure my partner didn’t discover what I’d bought for him so can’t even text to chase! I’ve no email confirmation either?

Very satisfied with the process and final product. Ordering one for the hubby now. Jessica made this an easy and stress less experience. I sent multiple pictures through email as requested. Once the process began she sent me pictures of the process asking if I was satisfied or needed changes to be made. The final product looks amazing. My uncle loved his 70th birthday gift

Great service and product! Received my custom Bobble gift today, hugely impressed with not just the product but service too! It looks just like the intended recipient, from face shape and features to army outfit. Jessica provided us with updates so we can confirm everything was correct before proceeding with the next stages. From order to delivery took about 2 weeks which was as expected, if anything quicker than expected as the item wasn't made in the UK. Highly recommended, friends and family who've seen the gift are already planning to purchase. Thanks.
