GBOverall it was an awesome experience Overall it was an awesome experience. Lauren was great to work with and answered every question and was quick to respond. The only thing I would say is when purchasing there was a little confusion with whether or not it was an actual canvas or just digital or both but Lauren was great at helping with that!

GBConfusion I started my first purchase on Dec 6 and the anger and confusion this company has put me through is so profound. It started out great with the Lauren handling all my updates towards the changes on my cartoon proof and communication was so well, but now i can barely contact her and i feel so shun. I always have to ask for any update and she would respond through her email but once i reply to her email. I would again be ignored for a week or so until I ask again through the customer service website. I finally gotten tried and just approved the last cartoon design. Hopefully my partner loves it.

GBwhitewashed a BIPOC person… The artist whitewashed a BIPOC person and when asked twice, did not make changes to that person’s skin color that would be more accurate. Reached out to the email provided to try and get it corrected or money back but no response.

GBWhen ordering my picture I had very… When ordering my picture I had very many specific requests, probably an annoying amount. But they listened to everything I said, it came out so perfect I didnt have to ask for any corrections. I think my boyfriend loved it! And it’s the background on my phone. If I ever need another gift like this this is where I will be ordering from 100%.
