GBFlowers were beautiful as described Flowers were beautiful as described. However, when I confirmed the order I had not been made aware of shipping fee and handling fee so it ended up being a lot more expensive than I had intended ! Also, the delivery date changed AFTER I had paid for the order.

CALate delivery It was nice and easy to place the order. To get through to customer service is tough. I got transferred 2 times to a department and got no response. Paid the extra fee for a guaranteed delivery time. The delivery still has not happened and its 30 mins past the guaranteed time.

GBFlowers were well presented and looked… Flowers were well presented and looked exactly as advise. My only issue is that I paid extra for specified delivery which didn’t make a difference as the order was extremely late and no refund was offered. Apart from the delivery, I’m pleased with the service and will be using them again.
