Do not order from chillever The only reason chillever gets 1 star is because I can’t leave 0 stars. Bought a personalized sign for my wife which arrived late for Christmas. Now just 2 months later the boards separated and are coming apart. Customer service told me they won’t do anything about it because it’s 2 months later. 2 months! Apparently their products don’t last that long

Credit Card payment went through even with wrong address I ordered from Chillever/Godmerch for the first time. I accidently entered the wrong shipping and mailing address. But the credit card (cc) payment went through even with the wrong details. They really need to enhance the security for cc payments. Plus, they have no phone number to contact. Sent an email and no response. Having to contact my cc company to dispute the charges for refund.

Wow! Thank you! Like a goober, I completely forgot to include the apartment # with my sons address for the delivery of his necklace. I reached out to the chillever team and they took care of me 100%, even though it was my fault. Thank you guys! What a great service! I look forward to using your company again. Epic fail for Father's day gift Tshirt was ordered in size Large...actual size when arrived was a medium when I compared it to other t-shirts in size Large. Once the shirt was washed, it shrank immensely! Was thoroughly disappointed in this product. The color print on the fabric was so light you could not read the personalized print. So sad that a gift ordered for a grandfather's first father's day is a total bust.

Hoodie for fiance The hoodie that was made for my fiance late father turned out so good! I was impressed with and she absolutely loved everything about it. Highly recommend chillever for custom design and all your needs.
