Great Product Purchased birthday invitations for a friend’s party and they absolutely loved them. Process of buying and receiving was swift and efficient, would certainly recommend to others!

Terrible Customer and Delivery Service Order placed with Print Buzz for my cousin’s baby shower. Standard delivery selected as this was 3-5 working days and the shower was in 10 days. 7 days later and my order had not arrived. I called Print Buzz to query and to say they were unhelpful is an understatement! They advised that as I did not select courier delivery they would not re send or allow me to re order and I would have to wait 10 working days for them to make a claim with the Royal Mail and then refund me. It has now been over 10 working days and I have heard nothing and received no refund. Safe to say I will not be using this company again and recommend that if you are pay for delivery by courier.
