Registered Nurse…Mugs Bought 3 mugs for my Registered Nurse colleagues. The quality is awesome and the personal design I chose for each one, was perfect. I purchased 5 heart memorial plaques. I purchased one heart memorial plaque for my mom. Her sister loved it so much that we purchased four more with the exact same design! The company was quick, clear, knowledgeable, honest, and patient during our communication. I would highly recommend this company to others. Only criticism is that shipping takes pretty long (almost a month for my first order) and there’s no way to add gift wrapping or anything if you’re sending it directly to someone.

I understand it’s all about money but what about the customer and the emotional aspect of it all. I ordered a plaque for my daughter who had just lost her best friend expecting to receive an amazing heartfelt gift not the case.
