I'm a new customer and so far my… I'm a new customer and so far my experience has been very good. Placed an order fir my daughter's birthday. The bracelet arrived earlier than stated. It's beautiful, my daughter loves it.

Not Impressed Delivery seems to always take so long, despite the premium.price paid. Next day delivery doesnt exist even tho they state it does. Tracking is a joke. Even paying on line takes days to show up. Many companies do so much better, these guys are behind the times!
