Not Impressed Delivery seems to always take so long, despite the premium.price paid. Next day delivery doesnt exist even tho they state it does. Tracking is a joke. Even paying on line takes days to show up. Many companies do so much better, these guys are behind the times!

Enjoy browsing Look again is my preferred catalogue for browsing. The clothing quality and prices are pretty good. However, I'm not too impressed on the length of time having to wait for deliveries, and why aren't more than one item sent out at the same time?.

I don’t want a separate account for another catalogue. Very misleading. Please reinstate offers on Look Again without having to buy from freemans.

Easy to use app Easy to use app. Found what I was looking for. Reasonable price too. I ordered wrong colour so had to return. No evri returns note with order. I have no printer & parcel too heavy for me to carry to parcel shop. Customer services very helpful & sent me a returns note in the post. Parcel returned refund done. All good. Placed another order & it's on the way.
