They are very supoortive. Must work with them. So I am super picky and a real pain. When it came to my wedding invitations, I sort of freaked out when no one was understanding what I wanted. I searched many stationer and discussed all the details what I wanted. My fiance told me about a A2zWeddingCards who had a business and he thought I might like to work with her. I did want to meet in person though, see the paper weights, colors, ect in person. Cassie did not hesitate to come down to NYC and meet with me in person, bringing loads of samples with her, even real live paper samples of what she planned for my invitations.
