GBVague and Bulky App.... I found that the App itself was quite vague regarding the info that was asked. Also, there aren't enough step by step directions for what is needed to be done by the customer. Although the customer service is a huge plus. Nathan Gibbons was EXTREMELY helpful and prompt with any issue I had and that made the experience much better!
