Glad I got my money back Honestly, don't bother. I ordered two boxes as presents but I'm too disappointed by how cheap they look. You can get the same quality from a £10 Amazon listing. To be fair, the quality is as much as you can expect from something produced & sent out from China (also makes for a ridiculously long wait for the delivery to arrive). Both my boxes had a faulty print as well, which thankfully meant that I could get my money back: after MUCH back and forth with the customer service, I insisted on my consumer right to have a clearly faulty product refunded. They tried everything from offering to replace the product instead (nope! never gonna order another product from them) to giving me 70% of my money back but in the end, they gave me my full refund. Cons: cheap products, faulty print, takes ages to arrive Pros: responsive customer service, got my refund in the end

Perfect and well made Very professional in terms of dealing with my order. Everything about the musical box is perfect. The actual box and my choice of music are really good. It will make a perfect Christmas present for my granddaughter. Lesley

Great expirience Great expirience, the music box was exactly what I was looking for. I asked them to make the jurassic park box black instead of the cream colour and it was absolutely perfect. I took a chance and paid for the extras and it was a chance I'll happily take again. My partner cried withk joy, that was my goal 😊

Incredible Incredible! I had been searching for the right music box solution for almost a year. The problems I had run into included the price, communication, lack of product, inability to create my arrangement. I had all of those things taken care of for me here. Nate was my guy! I spent months emailing him back and forth on what I wanted, and he stuck with me, AND he had an amazing attitude the whole time! Perfect Anniversary Gift I ordered a music box for my husband for our two year anniversary! I was able to get the song ‘Can’t Help Falling in Love’ by Elvis Presley in the music box I ordered which was the song I walked down the aisle to! When we opened our music box together and played the song it brought back so many memories from our most perfect day. It is truly the most beautiful gift. My husband also loved how I customised the front to have our names and date engraved. It is a great little keepsake to have.
