GBNever shop here, if you do, you will get insulted by the customer care representatives or that "RUDE CONTROLLER" This is the worst place you will ever shop at. Customer care representatives yell at customers because they cannot own their mistakes. I received a broken mug and I was asked to contact this controller lady who yelled at me "I HAVE NO TIME AND ENERGY..blah blah" and hung up on me. I don't even know why they are running a company when they cannot keep one in place.

GBI was going to listen to all the bad… I was going to listen to all the bad reviews but Im glad I didnt! my package came in 3 days and i got exactly what i purchased. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ASK IF THEY HAVE THE ITEM U WANT INSTOCK.

GBTerrible Experience. STAY AWAY!!! Ordered two shirts from them and both were incredibly low quality. The sizing was way off. Customer service was no help and quite rude. I returned the items and received a partial refund. So after there outdated policy of 10% restocking, no shipping refund plus my return shipping expenses I ended up get a few dollars back for the purchase. Terrible service, terrible products, terrible company.

GBHappy I was going to listen to all the negative reviews the first time I purchased from them, and it took a little longer to receive the three pants I bought, but never the less, I was happy when they arrived. I bought pants a second time, and this time, it arrived in 3 days. It was heavenly. Thank you.

GBGreat company I placed two separate orders. The first order I placed on Jan. 29, and had shipped ground and have still not received it as of today Feb. 6. However, my second order that I placed on Jan. 31 and had shipped priority 2-3day I recieved on Feb. 1. I love the variety that this site offers on hard to find items for my teenage kids. Lesson learned from my experience is to pay a little extra and have the package shipped priority.
