GBI don't like to be negative but... I don't like to be negative but I was really disappointed. I ordered two items (little bubblegum jars) and both came scratched on opposite sides making it impossible to display on my tiered tray. One side scratched no problem but both is an issue. I did reach out to to customer service and waited a week but never heard back. Will not be ordering from this site again.

GBPoor Printing Quality and Customer Service They told me they would send me an email with proof. Did not. The entire order showed up in terrible quality. Refuse to admit they were wrong or compensate me. Specifically the custom playing cards

I ordered a few personalized things for my Team Leaders and when they came I was so impressed with the quality, super fast service and price..I ordered something for all the women we have in our division.

GBPoor Quality and Outcome The cocktail napkins shown online as a proof before placing the order look nothing like what was delivered. The letters weren't evenly spaced and were different heights in the monogram. Customer service said the online proof you see is not representative of the product you will receive. They offered to reprint the napkins but said the same issues with the first round would be present in the second one. Then, why offer to run it?
