CAI recently ordered two bouquets to be… I recently ordered two bouquets to be delivered on the 8th for mother's Day, one did indeed show up then but the other showed up on the 4th which is incredibly early. Would of been good to at least get an email or something indicating it would be coming so much earlier/not the day I chose to ensure the recipient is home. The flowers themselves have been fresh and beautiful though!

FRAmazing, customer-dedicated service I wanted to deliver flowers to my niece in Mexico City from France. I didn't know she would be leaving and would not be there for the delivery. ABC worked with me extensively to get her bouquet delivered to her home so she will be able to enjoy when she gets back. They were EXTREMELY courteous and kind and gave excellent customer service. GBExtremely Unreliable I needed to send flowers to Dorado, Puerto Rico for my mother's funeraI scheduled on November 11, 2023 at 10:0AM. I placed (and paid) for the order on November 6, 2023 for delivery on November 10, 2023. The flowers DID NOT arrive on the 10th. as requested. After many emails (no phone contact available) to abc Floral, they were delivered the FOLLOWING DAY at 3:45PM. The woman who delivered the flowers to the house, told my sister that her shop had barely received the order that afternoon. Hence, based on these facts, I will never place an order for anything from this company and do not recommend them to anyone. Extremely unreliable.
