Polite and professional Some time after I placed my order, an unmarked delivery of two facemasks, arrived at my home, but they were not what I had ordered from Weddingstar. I contacted Weddingstar to seek an explanation, thinking that they had confused the order. They were in contact with me within half a day, politely explaining that my order was still in transit, so the masks I had received must be a separate transaction with another form. Sure, enough, I found that my wife had independently placed an order, and the Weddingstar masks arrived, exactly as ordered, the very next day.

Masks were great Masks were great - website interface was not the easiest when moving back and forwards between pages. Shipping took a little longer than expected. Overall though the product is great and would use again.
