GBI loved my mug, I believe you need to use a different delivery system I loved my mug, I received today. It definitely was what I was exactly looking for. Unfortunately it arrived in a box that was severely damaged. I was concerned in opening it, that it would be broken. I was pleased to see that it was not broken. I would recommend, that you’d no longer use the United States Postal Service! Thanks

GBOrder was suppose to ship on the 8th. Order was suppose to ship on the 8th.. Still sitting somewhere waiting for USPS to be called for pick up. Still waiting for a response as this is a mother days gift coming that our kids picked out. Time is running out for them to make it right.
