GBI like the ease of making the product. I like the ease of making the product. The only thing I didn't care for was the font and size of the letters. They seemed to run together a bit.

GBBad print job The print on the wine glass is about 1/5 as is shown on the website, it is also not smooth in one side. It looks awful. I messaged customer service 2 days ago and no response. I needed this for a bday gift and am disappointed.

GBOrdered a stemless wine glass Update. The company bent over backwards to correct this problem. I was very impressed. In the end they issued a full refund without any problems. Ordered a stemless wine glass. The picture on Item was way to small, personalized names could not be read. Looked much different in picture.
