GBI love the box!! I love the box!!! I'm a little confused about the loyalty program and the perks available to me now, but the box is a great value and I really enjoy it each season. I wish there were more spoilers before commitment to purchase (just so I could feel more excited rather than have intrepidation.) But hey, I don't curate and advertise or sell subscription boxes... I'll leave that for the experts... breobox is a lot of fun!!

GBI love BREO BOX! I received my first BREO BOX as a birthday gift from my sister last year, and I got excited by the bag and the box before I even looked inside. I was already thinking about how I could reuse them. The contents were another pleasant surprise, which included a sanitizing wand, wireless earbuds and other high quality items. I immediately went to the website to check out past boxes, but they were sold out. I joined the mailing list, and when I received an email that the fall box was coming out, I ordered myself an early birthday present!! And I subscribed!! I can hardly wait for my next box!!!

GBBest customer service in the industry The customer service provided by Breo Box is top notch. I had a small issue where one of the products in my first box was not working properly, Aleks and his team assisted me on rectifying the situation on the very same day. It is really refreshing to see a company go above and beyond to take care of the “little guy“. If you are on the fence about trying Breo Box, it’s 100% worth it!

GBVery Disappointed! My husband opened his first Breo box at Christmas. These are not tech items but gadgets. We bought the subscription thinking he would receive fun tech things but he has no use for any of the items. After reaching out to customer service repeatedly we still haven’t been able to cancel his subscription and are no clearer on how to do so despite numerous emails back and forth. And they are not taking phone calls, so that is not an option (although we continue to try). I am completely disappointed in the terrible customer service, especially for the price of the boxes. I feel we were misled about the product and are being given the run around by customer service.

GBThe company is very kind but it wasn't a good fit for me The company is very kind and thoughtful but the kit of the products are pretty confusing and many times very fragile or useless. I would keep the box for longer, but overall the collection of products are not worth it. Once more I affirm how nice the company and employees are but it wasn't a good fit for me.
