I have been buying online from Candy Warehouse for about 20 years I have been buying online from Candy Warehouse for about 20 years. Recently I discovered their physical location is on the way from my new home to my parents'. Having dropped by to pick up sweets in person, I can say there is no friendlier group of employees! Who wouldn't love to play at being Willy Wonka! They have always gotten my orders right. In warm weather, they have sent chocolate with cold packs. Great service, shipping at fair prices. Their premium chocolates are among world best. The only complaint I ever had was once some Halloween candy was described online as "chocolate" and when delivered, it was chocolate "flavored," even though at a premium price. Though my only disappointment in 20 years, I still remember that raw deal.

I wanted to order chocolate cigars for… I wanted to order chocolate cigars for a baby shower, but the shower was mid June and I was worried about them melting in transit. Not to worry- the cigars came in an insulated box with two big ice packs that were actually still mostly icy when I got them. The insulated box and ice packs are included in the price when ordering, unlike some other candy stores I looked at. I was very impressed with the quality of service!

Half of the sticks arrived broken even… Half of the sticks arrived broken even with the bubble wrap. Many complained that they didn’t work well with lemons. I understand, when I considered the inexpensive cost. Last year, I purchased lemon sticks from Giambris. Expensive, but worth every dollar. I will go back to them because of customer satisfaction. I’m ok with the financial loss due to cost of the sticks. I want happy customers. Thanks for the opportunity to try anyway.

Just what I was looking for! Just what I was looking for! I was searching for a jawbreaker similar to the ones sold on the Carnival Conquest cruise ship just outside of the Cherry on Top candy store. I found a comparable item at CandyWarehouse.com at a good price and was very pleased with the quality. Not exactly the same, but close enough to make me happy!
