Good flowers, service to be slighty improved Flowers were beautiful and very well received, but being able to schedule a time range for delivery would be helpful. Also, I received a message that the flowers were delivered 4 hours before they actually were dropped off.

No Chocolates in New York City... Shocker! UPDATE! New York Fresh Flowers responded courteously and well to my email on failure and made amends for the mishap on flower delivery and missing Chocolates. While I was annoyed - you have to admire a company that acknowledges their error and rectifies it. Special gift for our daughter celebrating Birthday away from us in 25 years! Flowers and Chocolates! The Flowers were not delivered in the morning as requested despite 5 Days notice of request and the Chocolates were not delivered at all - No chocolates in NYC! - I was only told the day that they had been left out. A note was sent the following day about sometimes things not going right - BUT there are No second chances on Birthday Surprises. Hugely disappointed in the service and attitude - Surely could have been contacted one or two days before about a substitute
