Homehap stands behind their products I am re-writing my review as Homehaps has been so proactive in fixing the situation. I have been emotional and they have been nothing but kind The situation is I was surprised with the finished product. My daughter gave me a lovely portrait from Homehaps. That is why I turned to them to produce this large image. The technique used appeared very different from the one from my daughter. I assume this is because I ordered a larger size. ( 24x36) . When I was sent the image to approve, I was unable to zoom in. If I could zoom in and actually see the quality I would not have approved. I would have switched to a smaller size. I do think that is a capability Homehap should consider. Homehap has been very patient with me as this portrait has sentimental value. They have offered to work with me and I appreciate their sincerity. I am changing my review to 4 stars as it's about a company that stands behind their products

Staaahhhppp iiiiittt. So. Cute. Really great service. Loved getting the preview, and the actual sweatshirt I received was done really nicely. The embroidery option for only $3 more is an insanely good deal, and it looks amazing. The sweatshirt itself is typical Gideon hoodie. Over all, even with pricer shipping, totally worth it for under $65.
