My experience with P-T was good because… My experience with P-T was good because though there was a problem, it was responded to quickly and settled to my satisfaction. The big disappointment was that an item I very much wanted was shown and I ordered it, only to receive a similar but different item. The item received was not acceptable, and besides the let-down of not getting what I wanted, there was a great deal of my time spent on this. I felt that if the item turned out not to be available as ordered, you should have contacted me about any replacement, not just sent a different item.
