Great customer service, fun souvenir. We ordered 50 souvenir cups for my son's graduation party. They were so fun! There was a mistake in printing but Tippy Toad took action right away to offer a solution. I appreciated the quick resolution.

The product provided was excellent and their CS was responsive as needed. The product provided was excellent. I had to check with them a few days before expected delivery as I had not heard anything from them but once I checked in and they found there was an issue with production they worked hard to get the correction done and they still delivered the product before our event it was just one day later than expected. We will plan to use them again as they were very courteous and helpful and again the product was perfect.
