Excellent customer service I had searched MANY websites trying to find rose gold mercury glass candle votives and Luna Bazaar had exactly what I was looking for! They had a beautiful collection of different shapes and sizes which we were also hoping to find. I ordered 8 sets of 6 of this collection and 5 were broken when they arrived. They were packaged well but could not handle the brutal holiday shipping and handling. After contacting a concerned but cheerful LB representative they graciously sent me an entire box of six to replace the 5 that were broken and I am happy that they all made it safely this trip! This company is on American soil and I will gladly order from them again! Thank you Luna Bazaar for a beautiful product and great customer service!

Speedy and well packed! I received my lotus capiz shell tea light holder sooner than I expected and it was beautifully and safely packed. I was also pleased to see that it was in the right sized box rather than a huge box with tons of padding. Obviously, this company knows how to pack their products. The candle holder is beautiful. They were happy to refund my purchases and since return shipping is free, it was easy and painless. You can't get enough easy and painless these days.
