Quality..... The material of the table cover is high quality and very will put together. The delivery of the merchant was quick, it arrived before our event date.

Additionally, I received a personal phone call from the warehouse when a shipping delay occurred. They expedited accordingly for this oversight which is just above and beyond customer service.

Follow up on free shipping I love shopping for events at efavormart. The pricing is always reasonable however free shipping very seldom arrives by the date quoted. My last order was the last time I will ever do free shipping unless I order months in advance. I ordered 3 weeks in advance and 3 days before the event my order was showing as partially shipped. I called and they really did a great job redeeming themselves by shipping the remaining items next day. I ended up with a broken hurricane lamp and didn’t have time to exchange it but you live and learn. I am still awaiting a response on replacing my hurricane lamp.
