Excellent experience and great customer service I recently booked Serenity to provide a hen do pamper party for 12 people at short notice. The team were really helpful in getting things organised so quickly and, even though it was short notice, really helped to make it a stress-free experience. I was also able to speak to the two therapists booked shortly before the day itself to discuss directions, arrival time and room set-ups, etc. This was really useful as it meant that everything went smoothly on the day. The therapists who attended were very professional and polite and everyone was happy with their selected treatment. I would not hesitate to use Serenity again for another experience in future!

Great Service! We booked Serenity Pamper Parties for a Hen Do and the entire experience was great. The booking is an easy process, and though we had a Covid Issue with our booked therapists a couple of days before they were due to come to us, Jo very quickly sorted us two new therapists, both of whom were really friendly and worked around the small space we were in to do the treatments! All the girls loved their treatments and were really happy.

I would highly recommend Se… I would highly recommend Serenity pamper parties to everyone in need of a little relaxation. I had contacted them in regards to arranging a pamper party for my friends 40th birthday we were having in Wales. Being from London I was slightly worried about organising something for so far away and the house we had was in a remote place that I had no idea where it was. Serenity were so helpfull from start to finish. We had originally booked treatments for all 8 of us which required 2 therapists on the day, and unfortunately a few days before we were told that only 1 therapists was available. We were offered for the 1 therapist to stay all day and do the treatments but unfortunately that clashed with the plans we had for the rest of the day so wasn’t an option we could take. This resulted in only half of our party being able to have treatments. Serenity did try their best to get another therapist and we’re very apologetic when this wasn’t possible. Despite the changes, we all still had a fantastic day. Elen our therapist was so friendly and catered to all of our individual needs.

Great service I contacted Serenity to arrange some pamper treatments for my sister in laws hen do. They were always brilliant at responding quickly to messages and always answered any questions I had. I knew exactly which therapists we would be getting on the day and was given their contact details too. Mandy and Wendy arrived - and we’ll what lovely ladies. We had a good giggle and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. Great service all round and I would definitely recommend. Thanks so much!
