GBTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY ASSURANCE I'm giving this company one star for 2 reasons. First, though they are in the business of creating wall decor with lyrics, they are not accurate with lyrics and do not proof their product. My print came with incorrect wording and a sentence was duplicated. Both should have been caught by their team...neither were. Second, after giving it to my partner and him noticing the errors, which was horribly embarrassing, I reached out to Kirstie and was given a single line that said, "Looks like the custom was approved with that info." That's it...no apology, no offering! Not even a "hello" or "I'm sorry." I sent 2 follow up emails and got no response, until I threatened a negative review. Yet, there is still no resolution offered. I spent $250 on an item that I can't use and they are doing nothing to rectify their mistakes. Yes, I saw the pic of it on my phone, but did not proof all the lyrics...that's THEIR business and had they had some type of QA, it would've been caught. I merely proofed 2 parts...our names and that they got the right song. If they did the right thing and sent me a new one, they'd break even and keep a happy customer...maybe still make some money. But that is obviously not important to them. They do not have good business practices and worse, they are not good people." Kirstie claims to be a Christian "led by God." She is incorrect. God would tell her to do the right thing. Find another company to give your hard earned dollars to...one that values their customers, has high quality merchandise, and deserves the revenue. It's not AmourPrints."
