Even though there was a problem with the shipment of my order, the staff of Under Lucky Stars was very kind and helpful, and sent me a new star map, even without me asking.

I love how the website was very easy to use, it included everything the costumer might ask about and I felt their passion and honesty through their services. The product was absolutely stunning. It was clean with no dammage at all and the order arrived sooner than the expected delivery date ( to the UAE). The idea is very meaningful and I would definitely recommend it.

Exceeded Expectations Great Product. It came well packaged and the quality exceeded what I expected. There was a slight shipping problem, which was not their fault, overseas shipping snafu I think. Their customer service quickly responded and fixed the error and I am super happy with it.

Absolutely fantastic customer service Absolutely fantastic customer service! I made an error when placing my order. As my order was then unable to be delivered and sent back to sender. I sent an email and Natalia got back to me within the hour. I was very much impressed giving it was after normal working hours and resolving the issue straight away. Once I have the correct order details, I received my order within 5 days. The product is very well made, my wife loves it and so do I! I will definitely recommend to friends and family.
