GBI have nothing but praise for P-Fleet /… I have nothing but praise for P-Fleet / Voyager fuel card services you guys are awesome, You have definitely been a good partner for my company this past year that I've been in business and I hope we have many more years to come especially with me making adjustments to use more of your services. Moreover, I definitely need to give a big thank you to Mr Kent Rullman in the beginning of our working relationship he was very understanding and work diligently to make this relationship possible, So without P-Fleet and Mr Rullman, I honestly believe that Fire & Water Logistics LLC would not be growing. GBTo begin with multiple times my card… To begin with multiple times my card has been turned off resulting in declines at pump stations for other reasons than non payment. I experienced this Saturday at 5:00 am on a business trip. I called number on card, operator unable to help, transferred me to another operator, who was in Kansa city and unable to help. In the past someone was there in office on weekends to help, not any more evidently. Further, I was unaware offices were in Kansas city. I have 4 other trucks on the road who do not carry cards big enough credit limits to purchase gas, if they do I have to go through the reimbursement process. I don't need these troubles.
