The seller was friendly, professional and patient, as I asked to send me pictures with this rather than that text. She always responded punctually and quickly, she always explained clearly what she proposed. The item arrived in perfect condition and on schedule. It was a pleasure to buy from her.

Misleading advertising Misleading advertising and deceptive language in the ordering process. My girlfriend received 12 x 16 poster instead of the canvas print I was lead to believe she would be receiving. It was extremely embarrassed as to what she received. It looks like something I could have just created myself on any program. The customer service said it was my fault and all the could do is offer me a discount on my next order , which they do when checking out every time. Will never recommend and have told people to be weary of this company. Buyer beware!!!

Completely different from the item advertised. The item I received is completely different than the item that was pictured. The tank top was supposed to be a cotton blend, and what I received has no cotton whatsoever. The fabric is thin, cheap feeling, and has a white backing that can be seen through the black exterior of the garment. The garment in the photo is black inside and out. Unfortunately, there is no option to upload a photo here, but I am happy to send one.

Revised review I previously wrote a review with a 1 star rating however, Family custom gifts responded and ended up making sure my husbands shoes did arrive. We love our autism awareness shoes!! They are very comfortable with bright and happy colors.
