GBNever written a review but… Was in a rush buying my item, cashier took absolutely forever serving another girl while talking to her friend, then when it came to my turn she ignored me for a good while before realising I was there! Then when she finally served me, she spent more time chatting to her friend than actually doing her job, so much so that her colleague took over! I never usually write a review, but having worked in retail myself, I felt completely disrespected and irrelevant. Worst and rudest customer service I think I’ve experienced. Its a shame too as I love UA; the store itself was great. Huge shame about that one female staff member

GBAwful experience trying to return an… Awful experience trying to return an item. The email said it was Yodel. When I went to print it said Evri. When I went to no less than 5 shops to return they all refused the return sting they needed a different code. Can’t speak to a person at all. When I tired to complain and get a new code they sent me a post office code so couldn’t go back to the Evri shop - had to find a post office. Then the agent cancelled the online chat. Worst customer service EVER!

GBI love going to Urban Outfitters I love going to Urban Outfitters, however service can be extremely slow, as it was on my last visit. Queues are huge and only one person on till at a time. Clearly understaffed. Besides that, quality of clothes are always amazing and staff are friendly.
