GBI ordered a doormat that's junk I ordered a door matt that came folded up in a envelope and was full of creases and wrinkles when I asked customer service how to get my matt to lay flat they told me to take a 10 min shower with Matt and out something heavy on it for two days didn't do anything still a wrinkled mess. They offered me a 20%refund. Big deal matt is still useless. 40$ piece of junk. Waste of money and customer services is a joke ;

GBShaddy company!! I submitted an order on 11/9/23. Sent an email on 11/22/23 as I hadn't heard anything or received anything. Got response back on 11/22/23 saying it was received and being shipped to me and gave time frame. Time frame up, still nothing. Call both ph #'s (one on site and one on email - both no longer working).

GBYey! Just received this and I can say it was worth the wait! Had ordered a while ago but with all the strikes and the traffic during Christmas they actually did a very good job. The design is exactly as previewed and my boyfriend loved it! Highly recommended. As it takes some times you might want to order a bit ahead if it is a present. Customer service has been professional and friendly as well. Stars
