FRBox no longer validI was given a smartbox for my birthday… I was given a smartbox for my birthday last year to a Michelin star restaurant. We made reservations this year and the box was to be good into 2024. On the way to the restaurant we were rung by the manager of the restaurant telling us the smart box was no longer valid and we had to go online and redo it. It was all based on a rise in price for the meal that was offered. I find this unacceptable.
