GBI had to call customer service to… I had to call customer service to assist me and the woman who took my call ended up helping me place my whole order and could not have been sweeter! The balloons came when they were supposed to and my 3 year old grandson was over the moon with their arrival as all he wanted for his birthday was "balloons and cake"

GBUpdated: Order was wrong, was late and poor quality Customer Service has corrected the situation by refunding my money and apologizing. A very appropriate response to my complaint. I changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars because of the Company’s response although my friend was still disappointed. I ordered 2 balloons and we got 5. They were only partially inflated. You sent chocolate which I didn’t order. The card was not signed with my name although the Website said to not include one’s name on the message as it will be included from a separate name field which I filled out. I asked for it to be delivered on Feb 13. It was delivered on Feb 14. Sorry to give you a bad review.

INThe balloons were deflated and nothing… The balloons were deflated and nothing like promised. They packaged the balloons in Colorado (which is at a higher altitude) and the destination was in Portland, OR. Hence, they were deflated.

GBDid not arrive on the requested Delivery date Read the small (fine) print about when it will actually be delivered. They have you select a delivery date, but written in the small below the delivery date calendar they have "Order will arrive within 2 days of the selected delivery date"...which you do not really see. So when you pick a delivery date, it will show up 2 days AFTER that delivery date. If you pick a Friday, it will show up on Tuesday.
