GBI had to call customer service to… I had to call customer service to assist me and the woman who took my call ended up helping me place my whole order and could not have been sweeter! The balloons came when they were supposed to and my 3 year old grandson was over the moon with their arrival as all he wanted for his birthday was "balloons and cake"

GBBalloons arrived a day after her 40th… Balloons arrived a day after her 40th birthday. The balloons were deflated, one was on the floor. I e-mailed twice and left two voicemails and no one ever returned my call. I want a full refund and received no communication from them.
