Poor product, bad followup communication So far I have been bombarded with emails about offers and deals and spam. I still have my original broken order that was supposed to be replaced and I have not received a shipping update or any communication about when I should receive this. This is for Mothers Day which is now 2 weeks away. The first order took over 2 weeks to arrive so I am fearful that this replacement will not arrive in time.

Lovely personal item Arrived quicker than expected & packaged well . I bought a wallet card in remembrance of my late partner to carry with me in my purse . The card itself is lovely but my only criticism of it is it could have been spaced a bit better by making the photo slightly smaller . Still worth the 5 stars regardless as it’s a lovely personal item to carry .

My wife placed and order that never My wife placed and order that never arrived, contacted them and they claimed was sent to “post office” and wanted her to go go to post office stating a postal code she did not recognize all this after 11/2 month. Asked for a refund not response STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMERS.

I found this company exceptional and a… I found this company exceptional and a breath of fresh air! I was kept informed of my order and delivery dates. Arrived in time by a well know delivery company who also delivered on time. When my goods arrived the product was of good quality and worth the money. I had customised it as it was a gift. My daughter and her husband were thrilled with my present.

Terrible customer service I ordered a shirt and made a mistake entering names. I immediately emailed customer service to ask for a correction. Emailed them within 3 minutes of order. They acknowledged that email. I followed up and they told me that I needed to have emailed within two hours. I told them I did and provided those emails. Customer service has ignored me since. I received my shirt with the wrong spelling on it. All I needed was one letter added. Complete joke.
