After some email exchanges to resolve the issue, the company shipped me an identical replacement sign in time for me to give it to my daughter for Christmas.

FRCaveat Emptor These people are based in Vietnam, despite their website stating they have an office in both the UK and US. When my sign arrived damaged (to be fair, it probably got damaged in transit), they became unresponsive and would only offer a refund if I returned the sign to Vietnam at my cost. Fortunately, PayPal stepped in and provided a full refund.
