Great experience Great, responsive customer service. A wonderful way to send a gift from afar with a personal touch and having to double on shipping efforts. My only improvement request would be allowing to preschedule shipments, so say a friend has a birthday next month, it would be great to be able to place the order ahead of time instead of having to wait until ~a week before. That way there's less risk of it slipping my mind later on.

I quickly emailed customer service and they corrected it right away. The package was sent out the morning after my evening order was placed and my friend received it in 24 hours.
