GBI saw an acrylic photo frame where… I saw an acrylic photo frame where based on the information, it appeared a song would be added. The description asks for the name of the song, the artist and the length of the song. Upon ordering and receiving the item, there is no music added. They stated they never stated a song would be added - very, very misleading. Why would they need the length of a song? The price fit what I presumed made sense if a song was added - certainly not without a song. They would not refund even though they stated "satisfaction guaranteed." It is not guaranteed. 19153
