OB is the BEST!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Daniela was a great personal stylist to work with!!! We met on a zoom call, she was patient with my sound glitch issues. She showed me a gorgeous dress similar to the one I was interested in (they didn’t have the one I wanted in the boutique). 😍 changed my mind on the top I wanted IMMEDIATELY! I ordered the skirt from an evening gown and the top from a wedding gown. Kept a waist band feature from the wedding gown and had the neckline raised. It literally is my dream dress. 💖 Throughout the process Daniela was super wonderful. Halfway through I added sleeves to my order and she was able to link the orders together and ship them together. When I ordered the sleeves I forgot to put in the promo code. OB went ahead and took the % off retroactively once I was able to tell them the code I forgot to use. This entire experience has been wonderful! I got the video of my dress a couple weeks ago and it’s in transit to me now EEEEEEEK!!!!! I CANNOT WAIT!!!!! Definitely go with Olivia Bottega!!!

Dream dress Ordered my dress online using my measurements and, when it came, it fit perfectly and looked even better than I ever thought it would. It was my dream dress and I didn’t try on any wedding dresses at all before I bought it because I knew from first sight that it was my dress plus it was way less expensive than what I expected.

the dress was pretty the dress was pretty, but the customer service was bad. They explain everything unclear and unprofessionally. So I had so many confusion and headache dealing with the customer service. Never gonna recomend this brand to my friends or family. Or I would buy the product from third party.

Horrible experience Horrible experience, they sent me the wrong dress one week before my wedding date. And when I returned my dress they ignored my phone calls refusing to give me back my money. I didn’t get my money back until months later after I called from another phone number demanding my refund back. Don't give them your business, not professional at all.
