Beautiful Set / Allow Extra Time for Replacements I ordered the complete set and boxes for our future daughter-in-law and Son. The end product is beautiful. The communication when confirming the font and expectations was a difficult and painful progress. I didn't get exactally what I wanted, but the end result worked out. The plate box for storage is not padded or lined, so I had to do that after receipt. The spelling on the knife and server was incorrect, however they corrected the issue promptly. The replacement knife detail wasn't glued correctly. Overall, I would purchase, just prepare yourself.

The quality of these items are beyond my expectations. The customer service was prompt and very helpful! Due to my error, they were able to change the mistake I made with no questions asked. I highly recommend this great company for all other mother of the bride!

Cheap looking stones In the photos it looks nicer in person it looks like stones I would use for an arts and craft project. Which is kind of disappointing for table numbers I plan to use for my wedding

She thinks of small creative additions to the gifts like a personalized, enclosed note. I bought the rhinestone silver cake server set for a wedding for my son. It is absolutely stunning!!! I am thrilled and can't wait for my son and his wife to see it. She also makes sure to be in touch with the buyer to let you know arrival of product and when it ships. I can't say enough about her. The material is not metal at all, plastic The material is not metal at all. We received plastic handles… very flimsy and the quality is nothing like what is shown in the pictures. Do not waste your money on plastic crap that is little better than dollar store quality.
