My package got delivered to my neighbors and before they brought it to me I had emailed Miss to Mrs. letting them know I hadn’t received my box but it was marked delivered. They were so helpful and offered to resend at no cost even though it was out of their hands at that point. That just really stuck with me in the best way and I’ll continue my subscription.

GBBox for my daughter. I ordered the box for my daughter right after she was engaged. She loved it. My only concern was the mug was cracked. There was a form in the box and my daughter is taking care of it.
