The order I made came with a minor problem and they corrected it right away and made it perfect. Again I can't say enough how great these people are how great they work with you to make sure your order is right!

GREAT EXPERIENCE I needed help with order and design. Customer service rep, Addy, set up a phone call appointment with me. We went back-and-forth by phone and email several times reviewing and tweaking. She was delightful, helpful, very familiar with the products. My snow globe was shipped the next day, and I received it just a few days after ordering. It’s fantastic and so is she.

Blamed it on UPS I ordered my items on Sunday, paid extra for 3day UPS, they charged my card and sent me notice that on Monday order was complete and UPS label was done. So 3 days should be Thurs or Friday at the latest. When I found out that the package would not get here until Saturday at 7Pm, it would be too late. When I called the answer was to refuse the package and when they got it back, then they would refund me. Wow, the items were candles for my mother that passed and were needed for the gathering we are having Saturday morning. Never did they ask to refund the shipping or over night a new order, just blamed UPS.

When I ordered the lighted base, I was hoping the object would fit in like a glove. Instead, it has the vulnerability of being knocked over during cleaning or a pet running around. Otherwise, I had a great experience.
