Two coats and a lunchbox I have visited AdventureUs several times now, sometimes to purchase gifts, and other times for repairs. I needed zipper pulls on two coats and the strap of my soft-sided lunchbox replaced. In every interaction, customer service was outstanding! The staff were flexible on drop off/pick up times, and they genuinely care about ensuring their work is top-notch. The prices are all quite reasonable, especially for the repairs. I'll definitely be visiting the shop again for repeat business. Thank you!

I love the idea of repurposing I love the idea of repurposing. It’s a reason why I ordered the tall mesh bags. I ordered 3 - 2 black and 1 purple. When they arrived the black were flimsy and the purple quite sturdy. Nowhere did it say the materials are different by color. I emailed after receipt and was told the materials are different. I recently went rock collecting and the black bag is already falling apart. I shall search elsewhere for something better, longer lasting and more consistent quality. I now notice they’ve mentioned the purple material is sturdier. I like full disclosure.

Great service and repair I had been told by two other businesses the zipper on my waterproof ski shell jacket couldn’t be fixed (a seamstress and a zipper repair supply store). Rip&Stitch/AdventureUs fixed it beautifully and quickly, and they were incredibly knowledgeable in helping me decide my options. Highly recommended!

Beautiful cards to send--or frame. I recently received beautiful watercolor cards by the artist Patti Corning. Such high quality! They came quickly by mail and were carefully packaged. Special people will love receiving these notes--maybe even to be framed.
